When you identify a new opportunity, invest time in building the solution, engage with the customer, and promote Aivilon technologies, we make sure the project is officially secured under your name.
This ensures your efforts are protected and prevents the project from being taken over by another partner or third party.
What Project Protection Provides
Once a project is registered and approved, it receives an official “Project Protected” status. This gives partners several key benefits:
1. Exclusivity — the project is secured under your company
Aivilon records the project in our system and assigns it exclusively to your organization.
No other partner can claim it or request special pricing for the same customer.
2. Special commercial terms and protected pricing
Registered projects qualify for enhanced discounts and exclusive partner pricing not available through standard requests.
3. Priority pre-sales and technical support
Your project is placed into a priority queue, providing you with dedicated support for:

technical clarifications and demos
4. Protection of your commercial interests
Aivilon will not engage with the customer directly on this project without your involvement.
Your opportunity remains fully protected.

How the Registration Process Works
1. The partner completes the online registration form
There is no paperwork or attachments required — everything is done through a simple online form.
2. Aivilon reviews the information
Our team verifies:

whether the customer is already registered by another partner

whether the project is valid and legitimate
-
whether the provided details are sufficient
3. Approval within 48 hours
You will receive an email confirming:

approval of your project
-
assignment of the project to your company
-
validity period
-
special commercial terms that apply to your case
If the project was already registered by another partner, you will be notified as well.
4. Protection is valid for 60 days
During this period, you have priority rights for the customer and the opportunity.
5. Extensions are possible
If you need more time, simply contact your Aivilon account manager and refer to the project name.
